How do I order a cake?

We recommend a full consultation for all wedding cakes to discuss your personal requirements. For Celebration, Christening, Corporate and other sweet treats give us a call or send us an email.

How do I pay for the order?

Payments can be made at the time of order, on the day or any time in between. A 50% deposit is required with all orders placed.

Can you deliver?

Yes, cakes can either be delivered by Love Sweet Things or collected from our premises. Delivery depends on location, please call or email for details.

How do I care for my cakes?

Once you have received the cake, store it in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. Do not store it in an air tight container, as it affects the cake. Consume the sponge within 2 weeks.

Do I have to choose something from your cake galleries?

No, our Wedding and Celebration cakes are there to inspire you. Please let us know what ideas you have in mind and we will create a cake for your requirement.

Can I have an image on my cake?

Yes, we can print out on edible ink a photograph which will be incorporated into your design. Just bring along or send the image in JPEG format and we will choose the shape cake for you.

I have a special dietary requirement; do you do suitable cakes and cupcakes for me?

We certainly do cupcakes suitable for you or we will make a personal recipe just for you. Please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss some options with you. Regarding nut allergies we cannot guarantee that our sweet treats are 100% nut free.
